Members of Senior Management are nominated by the CEO and appointed by the Board of Directors. They are subordinate to the CEO, whom they assist in the task of managing and supervising the EMS Group. Senior Management meets every two weeks. In addition, the Head of the Group Secretariat attends these meetings in an advisory capacity. The duties and responsibilities of Senior Management are listed in the annual report in section 3.5. They are also given in the Organizational Rules of Senior Management.
