Professional career

Peter Germann (1959, Swiss citizen, Master of Business Administration) has been a member of Executive Management since January 2004 and Head of Finance (CFO) ad interim from April to September 2023. He already held the position of Head of Finance (CFO) of the EMS Group from 1994 to 2017 – interrupted by one year as Head of Finance with the Ascom Group. Peter Germann previously held a variety of management positions, his last position being Head of Finance with the Arbonia-Forster Group.
