The invitation to the Annual General Meeting of the EMS-CHEMIE HOLDING AG in Domat/Ems on August 9, 2014, was again followed by a large gathering of 1,847 shareholders. A total of 19,996,142 registered shares were represented, corresponding to 91.75% of all shares entitled to vote.

The classical dance orchestra of the philharmonic chamber orchestra Graubünden and baritone Samuel Zünd entertained visitors to the Annual General Meeting with charm, wit, favourite hits and evergreens from the golden 20s and 30s. The meeting was brought to a close by the tambourine society Domat/Ems led by Andri Seglias. The shareholders were served a three-course lunch menu and were then able to visit the exceptionally successful exhibition on the history of EMS-CHEMIE (already nearly 15,000 visitors).*
