EMS has taught apprentices with great success since 1943. Currently, 139 EMS apprentices and more than 100 apprentices from other companies are being trained in 14 professions in Switzerland, most of them at the production site in Domat/Ems.
EMS is the most important company providing apprenticeships in the Canton Grisons with a training budget of 4 million CHF and around 40 apprentices finishing their training each year.
