Members of Executive Management are nominated by the CEO and appointed by the Board of Directors. They are subordinate to the CEO, whom they assist in the task of managing and supervising the EMS Group. Executive Management usually meets every two weeks. In addition, the Secretary General attends these meetings in an advisory function. The duties and responsibilities of Executive Management are listed in the annual report in section 3.5
